During this transition, Michaela was very supportive and knowledgeable. Michaela diligently walked us through every step of the way not missing a beat. Maintaining our server and backups was always a daunting task for us.  We didn’t realize how ineffective our process was until it failed us.  After losing a substantial amount of data, Syllatrex was there to help us pick up the pieces.  Mickey, Shawn, and Mike stepped in and helped us get back on our feet, while also finding a more efficient and cost-effective way to back up our data.  Syllatrex has been our go-to resource for anything IT related ever since! All of you at Syllatex have been great!  We were originally referred to you by Peachtree/Sage accounting.  We were using the program and needed to update as we had an old version that the company would no longer support.  I am computer stupid as you all know. So I asked them if they could recommend a local company that could help us.  I can use the program to do what I have to do, but when it comes to updates etc. I need help.  Your staff has updated our program many times and supports the program when I have problems and questions.

Your company has also updated all our computers and network in our office.  You have updated our backup system for our computer information.  When we have any computer problems even if it is not our Sage program your staff has been there to help us.  Sometimes the help is over the phone, remotely, or on site.  You do it all.

I believe we have been using Syllatrex since 2006.  Your company has helped us greatly!  As you know, you can’t live with or without computers.  And when something goes wrong we need someone to call.

Syllatrex has helped our company customize the software for our specific needs.  After completion of that they taught us how to use it in person and printed out “how to” sheets for guidance.  Most importantly they have been accessible whenever needed.

As previously stated we needed our software customized for apartment rentals.  They also helped making our recurring transactions easier by showing us how to set them up, setting up template letters that go out monthly, and reporting made simple.  Such a time saver!!!

On one unfortunate Friday, payroll day, our system crashed!  Colleen tried to remedy the situation remotely, however, was unable.  She then promptly reached out to Shawn, IT guy, and he then remarkably dropped everything and got us up and running within the hour!!!!  We love Syllatrex!

Utilizing Syllatrex for upgrades and implementations to accounting and manufacturing software has allowed us to focus on core business activities and rely on expertise in an area, where frankly, we do not have that expertise in house.

Syllatrex assisted in the implementation of the Misys manufacturing system and link into Peachtree, population of data from Peachtree into Misys, ongoing troubleshooting within Misys, implementation of Peachtree and all subsequent upgrades to Peachtree and the design and implementation of Crystal reports.
