Syllatrex President Michaela Senk-Eustace was presented with an award from the Entrepreneurial Center, University of Hartford for 15 years of service. Michaela was one of the initial advisors who developed the Entrepreneurial Program in 1985.
At the Entrepreneurial Center, Michaela teaches classes in small business recordkeeping and small business technology tools. Michaela has taught classes in business finance, break-even analysis, and personnel and payroll to the participants.She has also taught management classes at Hartford Community College.

Mrs. Senk-Eustace hold a BA degree in mathematics from the University of Connecticut, a MS in Computer Science for Rensellaer Polytechnic Institute, and an MBA in Finance from the Barney School of Business, University of Harford. Michaela is President of Syllatrex International, a West Hartford business, which specializes in small business computer applications with a focus on financial, accounting, and CRM products. Syllatrex is a Platinum Partner within the Best Software Small Business Division and a Chairman level Partner within the Best Software Mid-Market Division. Syllatrex was incorporated in 1983 and celebrated twenty years of service in 2003.

Syllatrex President Michaela Senk-Eustace was one of nine members nationally selected to serve on the inaugural Best Software Small Business Steering Committee for 2002 - 2004. The Steering Committee meets quarterly to discuss product development and customer needs for the Best family of small business software products: Peachtree, Timeslips, and Act.

Syllatrex International of West Hartford CT will host a breakfast for accounting professionals and clients with guest speaker Andrea Moe, product manager for Peachtree Software. Andrea will be presenting a 90 minute presentation on the latest release of the software, Peachtree 2005.

Syllatrex President Michaela Senk-Eustace was a guest speaker at Women's Day at the Connecticut State Capitol. During the presentation, Michaela highlighted the diverse software products small businesses can use today. Some of the product featured paperless filing, newsletters, publishing tools, contact management and integrated accounting products. Syllatrex received an award for making their presentation at the Capitol.

Michaela Senk-Eustace, President of Syllatrex International of West Hartford CT, was a session leader at the 101st Annual Meeting of the CT Business Educators Association on October 14. The presentation "Strategies for Teaching Peachtree Accounting" discussed using Peachtree Software to teach the accounting and business cycle in working with customers, vendors, general ledger, and inventory. Audit trails, backup, security and archival backups were also included in the discussion.
